Alsolut Handyman LLC, doing business as Alsolut Handyman & Remodeling (“we”, “us”), operates www.alsoluthandyman.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

When you request an estimate or contact us through the form on our website, we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and project address;
- the type of project and the details you write in the message;
- photos you choose to attach.
When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the information you share during the conversation.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and actions such as submitting the form, tapping our phone number or opening online booking). Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Call tracking. We use WhatConverts to understand which pages and sources lead to calls. The phone number shown on the site may be a tracking number that forwards to our office. For calls to these numbers we receive details such as the calling number, date, time and duration. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Embedded Google services. Our map and reviews come from Google; when they load, Google may receive your IP address under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, and follow up;
- to contact you by phone, text or email about your request or project;
- to keep business records and meet legal obligations;
- to improve our website and services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only as needed with:
- contractors and crew members assigned to your project — only your name and the project address, so they can do the work;
- service providers that run our business tools: website hosting (GoDaddy), email (Google Workspace), analytics (Google), call tracking (WhatConverts) and online booking/scheduling (Housecall Pro);
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Online booking opens on Housecall Pro’s site; their privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet tax, warranty and other legal requirements, and then delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
